Description:
Women are on track to control nearly $30 trillion by 2030, and an increasing number will be seeking financial advice—and new financial advisors. Gaining and retaining these women as clients is an important step to help prepare your practice for a changing future. This program is designed to help advisors develop an approach that’s fine-tuned for women and provide them with a client-centric experience that helps women take control of their wealth as a way to reach their life goals.

This session helps you rise above stereotypes and learn specific ways to appeal to women, from acquisition through a mutually rewarding long-term advisory relationship. Intentionally gearing your practice toward gaining and retaining women clients may take a bit of extra effort at first, but it’s a business sustainability strategy that can help you evolve as demographic trends continue to play out.

Learning Objectives:
• Find out why the women’s wealth evolution is a mega-trend that’s here to stay
• Learn how women tend to differ from men as investors
• Discover keys to communicating successfully with women
• Understand rationales for linking women’s investing approaches with their lives
