Description:
Recent years have seen a dramatic increase in interest in 'sustainable' and 'ESG' investing. While some advisors are ahead of the curve, many are just now grappling with how to evaluate ESG strategies, how to access ESG investment ideas on behalf of their clients, and even how to make sense of the 'alphabet soup' of acronyms that dominate the space. This webinar provides a helpful background on ESG investing, ways to talk to clients about how ESG may (or may not!) dovetail with their investment beliefs and offers examples of reporting that focuses on connecting ESG ideas with tangible outcomes.

Learning Objectives:
• Differentiate between values-led investing and ESG investing
• Understand the benefits and the shortcomings of ESG 'scores'
• Obtain a framework for having initial conversations with clients about ESG and values-led investing
