In this current environment, being able to successfully run your business virtually - either for a short or extended period of time - is a non-negotiable. Most of us have some aspect of our business that we run virtually... but can you run your entire business virtually for 30, 60, 90+ days? The NAPFA Family are here to help... we've assembled three of the best 'virtual' Advisors in our network and we've made them available for this Q&A style Webinar. We'll cover some basic stuff, but much more focus will be on what you should, and shouldn't do when it comes to running your firm virtually. Specifically the things we're going to cover include:
• Technology needed to get the work done
• Maintaining and cultivating client relationships when operating virtually
• Communication styles that translate well in a virtual environment
• Practical aspects of managing teams virtually

Meg Bartelt, CFP® is the founder of Flow Financial Planning, a virtual, fee-only firm that specializes in women in their early-to-mid career in the tech industry. Before Flow, Meg worked for fee-only Registered Investment Advisors in southeastern Virginia. Prior to becoming a financial planner, Meg worked as a technical writer for 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, mostly in the software-security sector. Spending 15 years in client service and operations, Cameo worked for small, mid and large RIAs in the San Francisco Bay Area. She resides in the East Bay and remains a Golden State Warriors fan (despite the season)!
