Brands like Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Google (FAANG) have changed the customer experience forever, yet inside Financial Services (and in particular Financial Planning) few businesses have taken stock of how the FAANG’s of the world will (and already are) impact the expectations on Financial Planners, specifically relating to the next generations of clients.
