Carin joined Fidelity Labs, the innovation arm of Fidelity Investments, in 2018 to help create and launch new businesses and services. She is the head of client experience for a new sustainable investing software startup for RIAs. In her role she has worked with advisors and CIOs nationally to understand the challenges and roadblocks of sustainable investing. Her research has guided the development of ESG ProSM currently in pilot.
Prior to Fidelity, she led the Experience Strategy group at Publicis Sapient, helping Fortune 500 companies transform their digital capabilities and create new digital service offerings. From 2007-2016 Carin defined new product and service experiences that delighted users and drove business results at Continuum, a global design and innovation consultancy. Her work spans industries and continents, some of her clients included the World Bank, AMP, CGAP, UnitedHealthcare, American Express and P&G.
